GiRLS in Real Life
Michelle Marshall founded GiRLS in Real Life in 2019 to honor her friend's daughter Leah who was being made fun of for her size in the third grade. Determined to make a difference in how society views females based upon thier size Michelle set out to make a difference by empowering girls and young women at her events by helping them understand to love themselves while focusing on building self-esteem and positive body image.
Each event focuses on not just self-worth and positive body image, but overall well-being, mental health, diversity, and social equality.
